 Overview: 

 Miguel Rebeca is the founder Ceo/Executive  Manager and President 

of Godmade Precise Construction Inc.

 He was born in Boynton Beach Florida raised in

 Pompano Beach for half of his life, and raised in

 Boynton Beach for the other half of his life. In the year 2,000 

Miguel graduated from Atlantic High School In Delray Beach Florida.

 He was  a ALL STAR basketball player  at Atlantic High School. Miguel has been In the construction for 30 years. Construction is his passion. Miguel started out working with his dad Jean Rebecca  at the age of 13 yrs old. His dad taught him how to be a skilled carpenter, and how to be responsible.

 Miguel honors his dad, and is forever grateful for his strong leadership He is also honors and is  surrounded by the love of his beautiful mom Dieuvela Plaisir. 

Miguel loves his mom and appreciate all that she does.

In 2010 Miguel married his beautiful wife of 16yrs. 

Together they have five beautiful  children.

After God She has  been his biggest inspiration !

When he first met her he told her his dream to become a General  contractor.

 From then on She made every effort to see his dreams come true.  She pushed him, and the result of it was Successful !

 With God & her help He did it! 

He is now a Licensed General  Contractor.

Miguel made his  wife the  Financial Responsible officer/Vice President of the company.

 Jean Rebeca Miguels dad is also the owner of Big Jean Construction Inc. 

He  works alongside of  His son & daughter -in -Law  as their sister company.

We have now partnered with Heavenly Hands which is based on biblical principles leaving a legacy for the world to remember that Jesus Christ Is LORD and in the midst of Everything  

  A message from our founder

(As A General Contractor)

 I coordinate and supervise projects, including building public, residential, commercial, and industrial structures as well as new construction, remodeling ,additions, roads, bridges and sidewalks and skyscrapers.

 We oversee each construction site and phase of all our  projects, we help our clients find the  design desired for each project, In the design refine phase.  

We coordinate plans and control costs.

 We coordinate the  construction process so that projects meet design specifications and are completed on time within budget.

 We have a team of professional sub-Contractors that we work closely with to get the job done, such as architects, civil engineers, and plumbing contractors  , including stonemasons, electricians, and skilled carpenters. 

Depending on the project, We may interact with lawyers or government officials.

 For example, when installing municipal sidewalks, We comply with city inspectors to ensure that the project meets required material specifications and the permits are pulled. 

  We have a team  of other managers for different aspects of different projects, each construction manager oversees completion of a specific phase, such as structural foundation, havc,plumbing  or electrical work, We coordinate with our Project managers to successfully  complete the entire project.  

To maximize efficiency, We often perform the tasks of a cost estimator. 

We use cost-estimating and planning software to allocate time and money for scheduling precise project deadlines.  closely relate to geography since every project is located at a specific location.

 We understand how the project will be influenced by different locations, and how the building, structure, or improvement will affect each location.

 We read blueprints , understand terrain, orientation, directionality, and weather, and how those factors will all affect the project, including during the construction phase as well as the completed structure.

 We use  Global positioning system (GPS) data and digital maps and  blueprints for geographic information.

 We use these systems to  integrate the process to make the process more efficient , accurate and precise.
